Please book your flight times based on the pick-up and drop-off times listed below.

If driving: Please arrive before 4:00 P.M. The exact address will be sent in the Final Details email.
If flying: Please book your flight to arrive no later than 2:00 P.M.
Pick-up times:
- Tyler: 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
- Dallas Love Field: 3:00 P.M.
- Dallas/Fort Worth: 3:30 P.M.
Arrival Day:
If driving: Participants are free to leave any time on Saturday.
If flying: Please book your departure flight for any time after 11:00 A.M.
Drop-off times:
- Tyler: 9:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.
- Dallas Love Field: 8:30 A.M.
